[en] Fixed: Resolved an issue where approving any workflow as an admin causes an error.
[en] Reproduction Steps
[en] 1. Log in to the admin client.
[en] 2. From Workflow Manager, select a workflow that is running.
[en] 3. Go to the 'Pending actions' tab.
[en] 4. Hover over a pending action and click the ellipses.
[en] 5. Select 'Force Submit.'
[en] The result is an error occurs when admins should be able to approve pending workflow actions.
