[en] Fixed: Resolved an issue where, when importing effective dated tables, the import becomes stuck on the duplicate check.
[en] Reproduction Steps
[en] 1. Log in to the admin client.
[en] 2. In Composer, add a custom table and make it effective dated.
[en] 3. Select the table and Import from Microsoft Excel.
[en] The result is the import does not run.
