[en] Reproduction Steps
[en] 1. Log in to the admin client.
[en] 2. Go to Admin > Manage > Manage Documents.
[en] 3. Click 'Add a Document'.
[en] 4. Go to Home > Portal Access > Assignment.
[en] 5. Assign access to the new document to the user group you will use to log in to the Sales Portal.
[en] 6. Open a new web browser window.
[en] 7. Set the web browser language to French.
[en] 8. Log in to Payee Web.
[en] 9. Go to Inbox > Documents and look at the timestamp for the new document.
[en] The result is the timestamp on the document displays "Invalid date" if using Firefox as the web browser, or an incorrect date if using Internet Explorer as the web browser.
