[en] Fixed: Resolved an issue where, when importing a file that contains no header row and the web browser language is set to French, importing the file into a table causes the import to fail.
[en] Reproduction Steps
[en] 1. Set the web browser language to French.
[en] 2. Log in to the admin client.
[en] 3. In Composer, add a custom table with two columns (ID and value).
[en] 4. Create a Microsoft Excel file with two columns and some data.
[en] Important: Do not include a header in the Excel file.
[en] 5. Select the table > Import.
[en] Important: Do not check off the 'The first record is a header' check box.
[en] 6. Follow the steps in the wizard to import the data.
[en] The result is the import fails.
