[en] 60933 — Error message tells user to contact admin when they enter an invalid value with conditional formatting enabled

[en] Fixed: Resolved an issue where an error occurred when users entered an incorrect value in an input form and the error message was unclear. The error message now tells users to enter a value in the correct range.

[en] Reproduction Steps

[en] 1. Log in to the admin client.

[en] 2. In Composer, add a table.

[en]   a. From the Table type drop-down list, select 'Custom' and click Next.

[en]   b. Add at least one numeric column.

[en] 3. Add data to the table.

[en] 4. In Composer, add a Presenter report.

[en] 5. Add a data source to the report using the table created in step 2.

[en] 6. Add a row form source to the layout and allow the numeric column to be edited.

[en] 7. Add a Submit Button to the report.

[en] 8. In Portal Access, set permission for the report.

[en] 9. Log in to the Sales Portal.

[en] 10. Go to the report.

[en] 11. Add an invalid number to the table (for example, a value with a comma as the decimal separator if the web browser language is set to English).

[en] The result is an error message occurs.

[en] 12. From the admin client, edit the Presenter Report and add conditional formatting to the numeric column.

[en] 13. Go back to the Sales Portal and add an invalid number to the table.

[en] The result is an error occurs with a message telling the user to contact the admin when the error message should tell the user to enter a valid number.
