[en] Updates to the new inquiry workflow solution
[en] In a previous release, we introduced a new type of workflow that you can use to manage inquiries. In our initial release, web users could create inquiries only on Presenter Structured reports. With this release, web users can now open inquiries on Presenter Adaptive reports, too.
[en] You can also now set a conditional node as the first node in an inquiry workflow. This allows greater flexibility and easier automatic routing of inquiries. For more information, read: ノード.
