[en] Fixed: Resolved an issue where the timestamps under the pending workflows and completed workflows tabs use the local time zone which causes an inconsistency due to other timestamps in Payee Web using UTC.
[en] Reproduction Steps
[en] 1. Open a web browser.
[en] 2. From settings, ensure the timezone is set to something other than UTC.
[en] 3. Log in to Payee Web.
[en] 4. Go to Workflow Manager > Completed Workflows.
[en] 5. Look at the timestamp under 'Date of Completion.'
[en] 6. Click on the workflow item.
[en] 7. Look at the timestamp under 'Workflow item completed by...'
[en] The result is the timestamps in step 5 and step 7 are inconsistent.
