[en] Fixed: Resolved an issue where, when attempting to perform a migration with a non-administrative account, an error occurs with the message, "Pulse/View not granted."
[en] Reproduction Steps
[en] For these steps, the user needs access to 2 models. They will be referred to as Model A and Model B.
[en] 1. Log in to Model A.
[en] 2. Go to Admin > User and Permissions > Manage Roles > Add new role > Grant All.
[en] 3. In Change Roles, assign a user to the new role or create a new user and assign them to this role.
[en] 4. Log in to Model B and repeat steps 2 and 3.
[en] 5. Log in to Model A as the new user role.
[en] 6. Go to Admin > Migration and select Model B as the source model.
[en] 7. Click 'Migrate.'
[en] The result is an error occurs with the message, "You do not have sufficient rights to perform this action. Please contact your system administrator for assistance" or "Pulse/View not granted" when the message should be, "User must have Admin permissions to source model."
