[en] We added the ability to add an admin user to a running Inquiry Workflow. Now, if your team structure changes, new admins can help resolve inquiries in progress.
[en] We've improved the description and subject line in Inquiry Workflow email notifications. We heard your feedback that the email notifications weren't clear and lacked a call to action. The updated email subject line will identify what has happened, such as a new comment or assignment, in addition to containing the Inquiry ID for traceability. The email description now contains a summary of the most recent action taken on the inquiry, and a call to action link that will bring you to the admin or payee inquiry details.
