[en] 1. Create a text file that contains no content and save it.
[en] 2. Log in to Payee Web Version 2.
[en] 3. Go to a report with inquiries enabled.
[en] 4. Click the Inquiry button.
[en] 5. Attach the document created in step 1.
[en] 6. Add a description.
[en] 7. Click 'Submit.'
[en] The result is an error occurs with the message, "Page not found."
