TS001966420 — Alert Node automated message sent from a Firefox browser with the language set to French replaces special characters with a question mark

Fixed: Resolved an issue where, if using Firefox with the language set to French, setting up an alert node in a workflow causes special characters in automated messages to be replaced with question marks.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open Firefox.

2. Set default web browser language to French.

3. Restart the web browser.

4. Log in to the admin client.

5. Add a new workflow.

6. Create an alert node. Set message type to 'Specified email.' In the body text, include special characters such as accent aigu (é).

7. Start the workflow.

The result is the automated message sent by the alert node replaces the special characters in the body text with question marks.
