Getting help
From the admin panel, click Help to access these links:
Support Portal. A link to the Support Portal, where you can manage your support cases or browse product documentation.
Browse product documentation. A direct link to product documentation where you can find help on a number of topics.
Chat with a specialist. Open up a chat window to get help quickly from our Support team.
Release notes. A direct link to the latest release notes.
How-to videos. Access topics from the Varicent Learning Portal and track your progress through courses.
Use the Chat with a specialist feature to get help quickly from our Support team.
Click Chat with a specialist from the sidebar.
Enter your email address, and click Submit.
Enter the passcode sent to your email address, and click Submit.
Type your question into the chat box.

Setting up the Learning Portal feature
If you use the same user ID to log in to the admin application and the Learning Portal, then there's no additional set-up and you can get started right away.
Don't have a Learning Portal account? Contact us to get started.
If your user ID in the admin application and the Learning Portal doesn't match, you'll have to sign in once to set it up. Enter your Learning Portal username and password and then click
.For on-premise customers, the How-to videos link is disabled by default. But you can enable it by following these instructions: Configuring the Help menu.
