Viewing process lists
In Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), you can view all saved process lists from the Process Lists module.
You can see only the lists that you've been granted access to.
Open the Process Lists module.
Process lists are organized by their date of creation. The most recently created process lists are listed last.
To search for a process list, type the name (or partial name) of the process list in the Search field.
Click a process list to open it.
To rearrange the order of the process lists in the side panel, drag the list to the right spot.
Managing process lists
In the Process Lists module, you can edit, duplicate, delete, and reset process lists and tasks.
Editing process lists
You can make changes to existing process lists in Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
In the Process Lists module, open the process list you'd like to edit.
Click Edit
to edit the process list name, type, or overview.You can configure the process list as follow:
To change the order of the tasks, drag and drop a task.
To delete a task, place your cursor over the task and click the Delete task icon.
To edit a task, place your cursor over the task and click the Edit task icon.
Duplicating process lists
In Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), you can duplicate a process list and edit the duplicated process list instead of creating a new process list from scratch.
In the Process Lists module, select a process list.
Click Duplicate
.
The copy of the process list will appear at the bottom of the list of process lists.
Resetting process lists
In the Process Lists module, you can clear the tasks of your process lists without manually unchecking each task to reset the list.
From the Process Lists module, open the process list with checked tasks or subtasks that you'd like to reset.
Click Reset process list.
Click Reset.
