Fixed: column validation rules behave differently in Payee Web when compared to Payee Web Classic.
Reproduction Steps
1. Log in to Payee Web.
2. Go to a Presenter report that has editable columns with validation rules applied.
3. Add some values to the editable columns.
Result: validation rules are applied to different values when compared to Payee Web Classic.
