TS002159466 — Document timestamp is displayed incorrectly when the browser is set to French.
Fixed: Resolved an issue where document timestamps are displayed incorrectly when the web browser language is set to French.
Reproduction Steps
1. Log in to the admin client.
2. Go to Admin > Manage > Manage Documents.
3. Click 'Add a Document'.
4. Go to Home > Portal Access > Assignment.
5. Assign access to the new document to the user group you will use to log in to the Sales Portal.
6. Open a new web browser window.
7. Set the web browser language to French.
8. Log in to Payee Web.
9. Go to Inbox > Documents and look at the timestamp for the new document.
The result is the timestamp on the document displays "Invalid date" if using Firefox as the web browser, or an incorrect date if using Internet Explorer as the web browser.
