Message Center
In the Message Center, you can view messages
A user will be notified when there are new administrator messages for them to review.
In the Nested layout option, notifications of new messages will appear as a blue dot beside the notification icon . In the Stacked layout option, the number of new notifications will appear on the notification icon

Important
Nested and Stacked layout options are not available on Sales Portal Classic.
From the Message Center, users can perform these actions:
View administrator messages.
Access inquiry history and perform actions on inquiries.
Review documents.
View pending approvals and sign off history.
Access all activities involved in a workflow.
