Reduced Duration for Calculation Runs

To help you be more efficient, we have made improvements so that the duration of calculation runs is reduced when optimizing models.

Resolved an issue where External Tools did not display an error message during a timeout. However, the External Tools log still showed the External Tool as being in progress.

Fixed an issue where attempting to lock calendars on a model resulted in the error "'An item with the same key has already been added.' failed to lock. Please resolve the issue and try again. Error: (T003) CBT Open Calendar."

Fixed an issue where, when migrating a workflow from one model to another, the expiration path on the action node did not get migrated to the new model.

Resolved an issue where calculation queries did not show up on the database server. Performance logs were also missing Batch ID.

Fixed an issue where attempting to modify a promoted table in a Scenario, after it was dragged to a different Scenario tab, resulted in an error.
