Navigating the mobile app
The home page is the first tab that is listed in Portal Access. For more information about setting up web tabs, read: Adding web tabs . The icon takes users back to this page.
If the Message Center is disabled, users won't see those icons in the mobile app. For more information about disabling Message Center, read: Disabling the Message Center.
The options users see in the profile menu depend on settings configured in the admin application. If users log in using SSO, they won't see the option to change their password. If you haven't configured an email address for the Request Assistance option, it won't appear in the profile menu.
To go to a different report, click the Reports
button and then select a report from the list of web tabs.
If enabled, users can make an inquiry on a report by clicking the more options menu (...) and then clicking
.To go to the Message Center, from the home page, click the Message Center
button. From here, users can view administrator messages.
To view notifications, from the home page, click the Notifications
button. From here, users can get an overview of new messages. Swipe down to refresh the list.
When there are new notification, the icon looks like this instead:

To access the profile menu, click the Profile
