Changes to Chat with a specialist
To provide a better support chat experience, we're making some changes to the
feature. Now, when connecting to Intercom chat, you'll be asked to provide and verify your email address. Even if you've used the chat before, after this release, you'll have to complete this verification step. You only need to do this once and then you can quickly connect to chat to get help anytime!Notice
For our on-premise users, as part of this update, after approximately June 3, the Intercom chat will stop working until you upgrade to this version (10.1.1.108.0) and complete some configuration steps. Look out for a reminder email with more details in the coming weeks, and please contact us for any questions in the meantime.
