63508 — Web disabled message different for Native and SSO
Fixed: the message users receive when trying to log in to Payee Web when it has been disabled is inconsistent between SSO and native login. The SSO message now matches native log in. Both messages read, "Payee Web is temporarily unavailable. Try again later."
