Inquiries tab
In the Varicent mobile app, users can view any inquiries that they made or that were assigned to them.
Note
In order to enable the feature your administrator needs to contact Varicent support.
Details regarding inquiries are available from the Inquiries tab in the Message Center. When viewing inquiries from the Message Center , the numbers beside the inquiries indicate the number of open inquiries and the number of closed inquiries.
Users can assign, escalate, return, or close inquiries that are sent to them.
To add a comment, tap Add comment, type your comment, and tap .
To view inquiry notifications, from the app's home page, click the Notifications button. Users can swipe down to refresh the list of notifications.
