User options
User options in Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) are accessed from the admin panel by clicking 
. From here, users can manage their downloads, user options, and sign out of the application.
Downloads
In Varicent ICM, you can download your saved publications from User Options.
You can download saved imports through an SFTP client.
Tip
From User Options, you can also import files.
You can't upload a file if the name contains more than 100 characters. If you upload a file through SFTP that exceeds the character count, you'll get an error when you navigate to this page.
Downloading saved imports
Downloading saved imports requires an SFTP client. You can't download saved imports directly from Varicent ICM.
You'll need the following information to connect to your model:
Host
Username and password
Port
In your SFTP client, connect to your model.
Go to the folder that contains your saved imports.
Saved imports are usually in the Data folder.
From your SFTP client, you can download any saved data.
Downloading saved publications
You can download any saved publications from Varicent ICM.
From the admin panel, click User options
→ Downloads.On the Publisher tab, find the publication you want to download and click the more options menu (...) → .
You can find a list of your saved publications in Model settings

Deleting downloads
You can delete either a specific download, or all downloads, from User options.
From the admin panel, click User options
→ Downloads.To delete a specific download, on either the Imports or Publisher tabs, find the publication you want to delete and click the more options menu (...) → Delete.
To delete all the downloads, on either the Imports or Publisher tabs, click Delete all.
Varicent API key
Users can obtain their Varicent API key through User options.
From the admin panel, click User options
→ User options.Click Create API key.
