Creating an inquiry with Ask Varicent
Users can ask the chatbot to create an inquiry for them. They can also include their chat history in the inquiry. Use the following tips to help create your inquiry:
If you are currently accessing a report with inquiries enabled, at any time during a chat, you can ask the chatbot to create an inquiry.
When the chatbot asks whether to include the conversation history in the inquiry, answer.
When the chatbot asks what category to apply to the inquiry, type or select a category from the list.
When the chatbot asks for a description, type any information necessary for the inquiry.
