Account Settings
Account Settings in Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) are accessed from the admin panel by clicking 
. From here, users can manage their downloads, user options, and sign out of the application.
Downloads
You can download saved publications from the Downloads page, accessed by clicking My account and selecting Downloads from the menu.
You can download saved imports through an SFTP client.
Tip
From this page, you can also import files. You cannot upload a file if the name contains more than 100 characters.
If you upload a file through SFTP that exceeds the character count, you will get an error when you navigate to this page.
If you would like to revert back to the old UI, please contact Support.
Downloading Saved Imports
You can download any saved data imports through an SFTP client.
You cannot download saved imports directly from Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). Downloading saved imports requires an SFTP client. You also need to know the following information to connect to your model:
Host
User name and password
Port
In your SFTP client, connect to your model.
Go to the folder that contains your saved imports.
Saved imports are usually in the Data folder.
From your SFTP client, you can download any saved data.
Downloading Saved Publications
You can download any saved publications from Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM)
From the admin panel, click My account
→ Downloads.On the Publisher tab, from the row with the saved publication you want to download, click the more options menu (...) → .
Deleting Downloads
From the admin panel, click My account
→ Downloads.To delete a specific download:
On the Publisher or Imports tab, from the row with the saved publication you want to delete, click the more options menu (...).
Click Delete.
To delete all the downloads, on the Publisher or Imports tab, click Delete All.
Varicent API Key
Users can obtain their Varicent API Key by selecting the My Account icon 
, then User options, and clicking the Create API key button.
