TS002111126 — Workflow approval issue

Fixed: Resolved an issue where approving any workflow as an admin causes an error.

Reproduction Steps

1. Log in to the admin client.

2. From Workflow Manager, select a workflow that is running.

3. Go to the 'Pending actions' tab.

4. Hover over a pending action and click the ellipses.

5. Select 'Force Submit.'

The result is an error occurs when admins should be able to approve pending workflow actions.
