Reproduction Steps
1. Using Mozilla Firefox as the web browser, and with the browser language set to French, log in to Payee Web.
2. Go to a report that has a numeric parameter.
3. Enter a value in the parameter using a comma as the decimal separator.
4. Submit the value.
Result: an error occurs. The error message is, "Input string was not in the correct format."
