Fixes

00191626 — Data Ports and Pulse appear as user roles in Change Roles CSV Export

Fixed: these user roles were showing in the Change Roles CSV export: Data Ports/Edit, Data Ports/View, Pulse/Edit and Pulse/View. These user roles no longer appear in the export.

Fixed: when editing role permissions for Tasks, the description for View incorrectly stated that it "Gives users permission to perform all functions in Task Manager".

00189142 — Admin and tenant log inconsistencies

Fixed: the Audit log and Tenant log are inconsistent for some user actions. Previously, the audit log did not record when a user is added. Now, both the audit and tenant logs show when a new user is added. When roles are modified, these actions are only recorded in the audit log since user roles are specific to each model.

00191821 — Long-running optimizations despite short calculation times

Fixed: normally, after a calculation completes, the calculation is optimized. This ensures consistent calculation performance over time. In some cases, with calculations that have short run times, the optimization can take longer than it takes the calculation to run. Now, you can disable this optimization by selecting the calculation in Composer > Show More > Choose Calculation Method and then select the Disable post-calculation optimization checkbox.

00186083 — Optimizing result after specific calculation runs too long

Fixed: normally, after a calculation completes, the calculation is optimized. This ensures consistent calculation performance over time. In some cases, with calculations that have short run times, the optimization can take longer than it takes the calculation to run. Now, you can disable this optimization by selecting the calculation in Composer > Show More > Choose Calculation Method and then select the Disable post-calculation optimization checkbox.

00192766 — Date format for calculations can cause errors for some languages

Fixed: if the web browser language is changed from one language to a language that uses a different date convention, the date can be misinterpreted and cause an error depending on locked periods in the calendar. For example, with a calendar locked through 31 March 2020, changing a date to "01/06/2020" is entered as 6 January 2020 instead of 1 June 2020 in a Spanish language browser, and this causes an error.

00193147 — Publishing input forms results in all columns being displayed

Fixed: when publishing an input form which only contains some of the source table's columns, all of the columns appear in the published file instead of only the selected columns.

00190361 — Date field does not update when using Firefox

Fixed: when using Firefox as the web browser, and editing a Date-type column in a table by using the calendar pop-up, selecting a new date does not update the value. You also can't switch between months using the left and right arrows.

1. With Firefox as the web browser, log in to the admin client.

2. In Composer, select a table that contains a date column > View Data.

3. Double-click any date value and then select the calendar icon to choose a new date.

Result: cannot select a different day, or use the arrows to select a different month.

Fixed: cannot delete a table previously associated with a web form. The error message when you try to delete the table is, "Table is currently being displayed on the web and cannot be deleted."

Fixed: some UI labels in Data Discovery Dashboards are not translated to French.

1. With your web browser language set to French, log in to the admin client.

Fixed: when an error occurs during import of an overwritten file, that error is not recorded in the audited log.

TS002411844 — Cannot migrate user roles

Fixed: trying to migrate user roles causes an error if one role has a trailing white space and the other doesn't. Trailing spaces are now trimmed from role names to prevent this error.

00192365 — Setting up SSO name ID is dependant on having the user be native login enabled.

Fixed: previously, the SSO name ID could not be changed unless the user was native login enabled. Now, these settings are independent of each other.

Fixed: sub-tabs do not appear on the toolbar when clicking a link into a web form. This is related to an earlier fix that added the option to not select a web tab when adding a link to a Presenter report. 00191555 — Editable Row Form - Not empty validation does not work for comment field in a row form

Fixed: when using validation rules in a row form, and using the rule IS NOT EMPTY, you can still submit empty values when it should give an error instead. If you have encountered this issue, please contact Support to enable this fix.

00190639 — Payee Web Presenter data grid hidden until Submit clicked for some users

Fixed: after enabling the Copy to inquiry option in a Presenter report, some users reported seeing a blue box on the data grid. This issue was related to enabling inquiry copy on a hidden column, which would make the data grid header appear in a different style. If you have reports with this issue, you must open the report and save it for the fix to apply.

00191085 — Different Presenter report parameter behaviour on Payee Web compared to Payee Web Classic

Fixed: when there are two pick lists in a Presenter Report and you select a value from each and click submit, the report shows a result with the selected value.
