We've added more options for admins to manage Sales Portal users' access to the Varicent mobile app.
Administrators can now disable the option to log in using a QR code so that users must manually enter a Sales Portal URL. To learn how to disable logging in with a QR code, read: Adding a Sales Portal. We recommend this option if your organization uses an MDM. For more information about using the mobile app with an MDM, read: Using the application with an MDM provider.
Administrators can disable Sales Portal access so that users cannot access the mobile app. For more information about disabling Sales Portal access, read: Managing Sales Portals
Administrators can also control which web tabs users can view on the mobile app. To learn how to manage which web tabs users can access from the app, read: Reports
