TS001921072 — Layout restrictions applied to a workflow node are ignored in Payee Web Version 2.
Fixed: Resolved an issue where, when downloading a report as a PDF file, the layout restrictions applied to a workflow node are ignored, and all the data grids appear in the PDF file.
Reproduction Steps
1. Log in to the admin client.
2. From Composer, add a Presenter Report.
3. Edit the report.
4. Add two sources with data from 2 different tables.
5. Edit the layout dimensions so there are two levels in the hierarchy. Name the first level "Top" and name two sections in the second level "Layout 1" and "Layout 2."
6. Drag one source to Layout 1.
7. Drag the other source to Layout 2.
8. Save the report.
9. From Portal Access, add a web tab for the report.
10. Under Assignment, set the access to a group you will use to log in to Payee Web Version 2.
11. From Workflow Manager, add a user-initiated workflow.
12. Add the report. Under Layout Restrictions, un-check Layout 1 and Layout 2.
13. Follow the steps in the wizard to create the workflow.
14. Create a new action node. Under 'Layout Restrictions', un-check Layout 1.
15. Add connections to the workflow.
16. Log in to Payee Web Version 2.
17. Go to inbox > Workflows.
18. Select the workflow > Start.
19. From Workflows, under Pending Workflows select the workflow.
20. Click "Download as PDF."
The result is the PDF file contains both data grids when only the second grid should appear in the PDF file as per the layout restrictions set for the report.
