In this release, we made Inquiry Workflows better for you!
We added the ability to add an admin user to a running Inquiry Workflow. Now, if your team structure changes, new admins can help resolve inquiries in progress.
We've improved the description and subject line in Inquiry Workflow email notifications. We heard your feedback that the email notifications weren't clear and lacked a call to action. The updated email subject line will identify what has happened, such as a new comment or assignment, in addition to containing the Inquiry ID for traceability. The email description now contains a summary of the most recent action taken on the inquiry, and a call to action link that will bring you to the admin or payee inquiry details.
