An improved Message Center experience
We're continuing to make the Payee Web experience better with the arrival of an enhanced Message Center!
The biggest change you'll notice is a sidebar that offers a high-level view of action items. Previously, users would have to click into each tab for Administrator Messages, Inquiries, Documents, Sign Off, and Workflows to see what actions were available to them. Now, by going into the Message Center, users can quickly see if they have Inquiries assigned to them, workflows to take action on, or documents to sign off on.
The improved Message Center is available to all web users regardless of which layout option you've selected in Web Themes.
As with our previous Payee Web improvements, these enhancements are available only if you have the newest version of Payee Web enabled. If you're still using Payee Web Classic, you won't see these options. Ready to upgrade? Contact the Support team to start planning your upgrade today!
