TS002693144 — Migration fails without a proper error message when web data edits are enabled.
Fixed: when a migration fails because a target table has web data edits enabled, the error message is unclear. Now, the error message clearly states, "The structure for table (table name) cannot be modified while web data edits are enabled."
You will need 2 models: a source model and a target model.
1. Log in to the target model.
2. Go to Composer and select a table > Show More > Web data edit > Direct Edit.
3. Log in to the source model.
4. Perform a migration that includes the table enabled for web edits in step 2.
Result: migration fails. The error message in the audit log is, "The migration to model (name) failed with an unspecified error" and the error message in the activity log is, "This action cannot be completed because of changes made by another user. Please refresh and try again."
