TS001859940 — Cannot migrate between models due to error message: 'This action cannot be completed because of changes made by another user. Please refresh and try again.'

Fixed: Resolved an issue where migration between models cannot be performed due to an error.

Reproduction Steps

1. Log in to the admin client.

2. Go to Admin > Migration.

3. Select the source model and click 'Connect.' Check off 'Composer' and 'Replace Conflicts.'

4. Click 'Migrate.'

5. Review the changes.

6. Click 'Finish' to perform the migration.

The result is the migration fails with the error message "This action cannot be completed because of changes made by another user. Please refresh and try again."
