TS002146263 — Attaching a blank document to an inquiry in Payee Web Version 2 causes an error

Fixed: Resolved an issue where, if a blank document is attached to an inquiry in Payee Web Version 2, a "Page not found" error occurs.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a text file that contains no content and save it.

2. Log in to Payee Web Version 2.

3. Go to a report with inquiries enabled.

4. Click the Inquiry button.

5. Attach the document created in step 1.

6. Add a description.

7. Click 'Submit.'

The result is an error occurs with the message, "Page not found."
