Added log for External Tools to make it easier to debug external tools
Previously, logs for external tools could only be viewed in the audit log and the tooltip only showed the first 1,000 characters of the standard output. Now, there is an External Tools log which shows the detailed status of the external tool.

Click the link under Run Number to see the console output.
