00197223 — Incorrect date format in publish file created using CLI
Fixed: when publishing files using the CLI tool, dates appear in an incorrect format. Now, you have the option to specify the CLI language in the configuration file which will ensure dates are formatted correctly.
00196834 — CLI returning success code even though Scheduler item failed
Fixed: the CLI tool returns a code of 0, meaning it was successful despite the process failing. By default, the CLI tool reports on the kick-off process, meaning a return code of 0 means the task successfully started. If you turn on the WaitForAsyncOperations flag in the configuration file, the CLI will wait to return a status code until the task completes. With this fix, we've also added statuses other than Completed to the CLI tool. Now, the tool also returns a status for Cancelled, Completed, and Failed.
00195283 — In the table editing view, clicking "Show Description" on a pick list value does not show any information for a specific table
Fixed: when in the table edit view, clicking "Show Description" on a pick list value does not show any information for some tables.
69854 — Global action message appears in admin application when opening reports while a full calculation runs
Fixed: cannot open reports through Composer while a full calculation runs.
00196356 — Unable to edit date partition of an unlocked calculation
Fixed: when a copy is made of a locked calculation, you cannot edit the calendar of the copied calculation. This issue occurs only with on-premise models.
00195531 — Unexpected Japanese translation occurs when creating a display column in a view table at Edit mode
Fixed: when creating display columns in a view table and editing column names, a user-entered value of "CurrentDate" is translated to Japanese when the browser language is changed when the value should remain as-entered.
1. With the browser language set to English, select a view table and then click Edit.
2. Add a column and name it CurrentDate.
3. Change the browser language to Japanese and edit the table.
4. Edit the view and then go to Display Columns.
Result: value appears as 'CurrentDate.' This is the expected behavior.
5. Click Edit on the CurrentDate column.
Result: the value is translated to Japanese when it should remain as-entered by the user.
00195911 — End date calculation error
Fixed: When attempting to end-date a calculation, an error occurs and the action is not completed. The error message is, "The proposed changes attempt to modify the locked calculation 'CALC NAME'. The requested action may not be completed."

Fixed: on some tables, the Show Description button does not work for some records in the same column, or not at all.
00195631, 00196342 — Excel exports numeric column as text
Fixed: when exporting data by using Export to Excel, numeric columns are incorrectly changed to text columns.
00197928 — Workflow Manager conditional nodes always takes default path in Payee Web (but not in Payee Web Classic)
Fixed: workflows that have a conditional node as the first node always proceed down the default path in Payee Web even when another condition is met. This does not occur in Payee Web Classic.
00197663 — Saving a Presenter report removes cell grid lines from a fixed grid
Fixed: when editing a report migrated from an earlier version, saving the report removes the grid lines from the fixed grids, since there was previously no option for that in V10. We've added back the option to enable grid lines on fixed grids.
