TS002118190 — User can not perform migrations due to Pulse error

Fixed: Resolved an issue where, when attempting to perform a migration with a non-administrative account, an error occurs with the message, "Pulse/View not granted."

Reproduction Steps

For these steps, the user needs access to 2 models. They will be referred to as Model A and Model B.

1. Log in to Model A.

2. Go to Admin > User and Permissions > Manage Roles > Add new role > Grant All.

3. In Change Roles, assign a user to the new role or create a new user and assign them to this role.

4. Log in to Model B and repeat steps 2 and 3.

5. Log in to Model A as the new user role.

6. Go to Admin > Migration and select Model B as the source model.

7. Click 'Migrate.'

The result is an error occurs with the message, "You do not have sufficient rights to perform this action. Please contact your system administrator for assistance" or "Pulse/View not granted" when the message should be, "User must have Admin permissions to source model."
